Sistem Aduan Awam - Majlis Perbandaran Kemaman

Each User must enter their pre-validated UserID and Password for authentication before proper authorisation is granted to access this portal. Multiple logins using the same userid and password combo is prohibited and shall be blocked by the system. Both userid and password are not case sensitive. It's also a good practice to change your password every once in a while. Password change procedure is part of MyProfile menu.

Request for new usage account or any other issues can be forwarded directly to MPK Portal Administrator simply by clicking Comment & Request.

1.  ERROR MESSAGE DESCRIPTION

(a)  Please enter both Username and Password !
       Self-explanatory.

(b)  Parameters mismatched, no record found !
       For some reason/s the recently entered username and password combo was invalid.
       Please try again but if you forgot your password it can be e-mailed to you.

(c)  Site access privilege has been suspended !
       Your site access privilege has been suspended for some reason/s.
       Please contact MPK Portal Administrator for clarification.

(d)  You or someone using your login credentials have logged in !
       You may have login on another computer but did not logoff properly or someone else
       has indeed login using your username and password. Please go back to the same computer
       you last access into the system and perform a proper login and logoff procedures again.
       But if you suspect your login credentials have been compromised, please inform
       STMS Portal Administrator immediately.

2.  SESSION TIMEOUT

The default session timeout for each browser connection is 45 minutes. Which means, after 45 minutes of inactivity the system shall force a logout automatically. Simply login again using the same computer to re-establish your session. Failing that, you may experience problem logging in with error message (d).

3.  E-MAIL PASSWORD

All passwords are encrypted using a one-way secured algorithm technique. Once encrypted, password cannot be decrypted hence forgotten password can no longer be recovered even by the system. Alternatively, the system shall randomly generate a new password and e-mail it to you simply by entering your validated username and e-mail address that was registered as part of current MyProfile parameters. You can opt to keep the new password or you can change it anytime after you login.

Setiap Pengguna atau Pelanggan perlu memasukkan ID Pengguna dan Katalaluan yang telah disahkan sebelum dibenarkan memasuki portal ini. Penggunaan ID Pengguna dan Katalaluan berganda tidak dibenarkan pada waktu yang sama. Untuk tujuan keselamatan anda disyorkan supaya kerap menukar katalaluan anda. Penukaran katalaluan boleh dibuat terus di halaman MyProfile.

Permintaan untuk pendaftaran baru atau lain-lain isu boleh dimajukan terus kepada MPK Portal Administrator menerusi menu Cadangan dan Maklumbalas.

       Sila nyatakan ID Pengguna dan Katalaluan anda !

(b)  Parameters mismatched, no record found !
       Kombinasi ID Pengguna dan Katalaluan yang dinyatakan tidak sepadan,
       tiada rekod dijumpai!. Sekiranya anda lupa katalaluan anda ianya boleh
       diemelkan kepada anda semula.

(c)  Site access privilege has been suspended !
       Capaian ke sistem telah hentikan oleh sebab-sebab tertentu.
       Sila hubungi MPK Portal Administrator untuk penjelasan lanjut.

(d)  You or someone using your login credentials have logged in !
       Anda mungkin telah login di komputer yang lain tetapi tidak log keluar dengan cara
       yang betul atau pun orang lain memang sedang menceroboh sistem menggunakan butiran
       login anda. Sila log semula dan keluar dengan cara yang betul di komputer yang sama
       di mana kali terakhir anda memasuki sistem. Sekiranya anda mengesyaki butiran login
       anda telah dicerobohi, sila hubungi segera MPK Portal Administrator.

2.  TAMAT SESSI

Sessi tamat yang telah ditetapkan bagi setiap capaian ialah 45 minit. Ini bererti, sekiranya capaian sistem tidak aktif selama 45 minit, sessi capaian tersebut akan ditamatkan dengan sendirinya. Anda perlu login semula untuk menyambung kembali sessi yang telah ditamatkan.

3. E-MEL KATALALUAN

Kesemua katalaluan dienkripsi mengikut teknik algoritma sehala. Sekiraya anda terlupa katalaluan, anda boleh hubungi iResponz Administrator untuk "reset" katalaluan anda. Atau, anda boleh memilih untuk menjananya secara automatik dan seterusnya menghantar kepada anda secara juga secara automatik melalui emel anda yang telah disahkan oleh sistem. Anda boleh memilih untuk terus menggunakan katalaluan baru ini ataupun menukarnya pada bila-bila masa melalui skrin MyProfile.
